Tal is a native New Yorker with a deep rooted love for the big city. Drawn to Manhattan’s skyline and has become immensely interested in the real estate world. His curiosity in real estate began when he was in grade school tagging along and following in his family’s affairs with building ownership & management. Receiving a first-hand look at renovating apartments, tenant – landlord relations, negotiation tactics, buying and selling buildings, commercial and residential leasing, laws / regulations and much more. This day in and day out routine has also allowed for Tal to become an expert on Manhattans residential market and its surrounding neighborhood. Naturally, Tal followed his interests and focused on real estate studies in college, finishing with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and development. Immediately after graduating he obtained his real estate salesperson license. He truly loves what he does and it is clearly displayed in his conduct and work ethic. Continuously learning everyday making his knowledge and resources a tremendous benefit for his clientele. He enjoys the daily connections made over the 8 years as a broker.
