EAST GREENBUSH, NY, April 9 - State Listings Incorporated, which owns My State MLS and NY State MLS, has announced a partnership with international listing syndication platform ListGlobally. The partnership will allow over 39,000 My State MLS and NY State Members to send their listings to ListGlobally's network of over 100 portals in 60+ countries around the world. 

The partnership will allow MLS members to automatically send their listings to 26 sites in 24 countries for free, as well as offering participation in ListGlobally’s exclusive Global Agent program for a low monthly fee. “We are always looking for opportunities to do more for our members,” said Dawn Pfaff, President of State Listings. “Working with the industry leader in international real estate marketing was a natural partnership for us. We’re excited by the free exposure they will offer our members, as well as the additional options now available to our customers.”

NY State MLS is the largest MLS in New York, covering the entire state and allowing New York real estate professionals to list wherever they are licensed from a single platform.  State Listings then created My State MLS in response to the nationwide demand for their services. The partnership will add a combined over 30,000 active listings to ListGlobally’s database. “New York State consistently ranks in our top markets for consumer interest. The syndication will begin today, April 9th, and MLS members can log into their new MyListGlobally Dashboard immediately.
