Natasha Saunders’ personal mantra is “Be Extraordinary” so going above and beyond what is the norm or expected is par for the course with her. This is her approach to life and business and something each of her clients have benefited from. An extreme passion for home ownership and using real estate as an investment vehicle is what prompted Natasha into entering the real estate industry. She is a Queens native and has been a successful New York real estate agent for several years working with clients in nearly every borough.

As a gifted child, Natasha’s talents were recognized early on and her specialized education left her with an ambitious spirit, a broad mind and excellent problem solving skills. All of which she puts to use in servicing her clients. As an adult her creative nature and ambition gave her entrée into a successful career in the music industry at Island Def Jam, Sony Music and with the noted Country Western singer, Garth Brooks’ organization. An ability to work under high pressure with a broad range of very strong personalities were finely honed during this period and this is something she naturally uses to help her clients get through tough negotiations and the sometimes daunting journey of buying, selling and renting in New York.

Amongst her volunteering efforts Natasha currently spends her free time with the non-profit group The Rider’s Alliance where she advocates for better subway and bus service for all commuters in New York, and is a partner with Cleaning For A Reason where through them she provides free home cleanings to Cancer patients who are too weak to clean their homes themselves. 

As an aspiring investor Natasha is drawn to people using real estate as a vehicle to financial freedom and has worked with several investors over the years along with educating herself on every aspect of the industry. Knowing how to spot and analyze great deals is something that she’s on her way to mastering and she welcomes the opportunity to work with even more investors while she herself invests as well.
