Matthew Tully is knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, respectful of his clients' time and wishes, and dedicated to finding them a NYC home without pushing them into something they don't want. Since moving to New York City in 2006, he has lived on Manhattan's Upper West Side and briefly in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Born in Alaska and raised in Southern California, Matthew attended high school and college in Pennsylvania (Penn State and West Chester University), earned his Master?s degree in Princeton; but to this day, only New York City feels like home.

Getting his start as a classically trained opera singer and voice teacher, Matthew Tully previously taught middle and high school music, has worked in hospitality and fine dining establishments in Manhattan and Philly, including New York's historic 21 Club, and has worked as a private chef. He has a love for meeting new people as well as for architecture and history in the city he adores. In his spare time away from finding clients their dream homes in the NYC real estate market, Matthew enjoys traveling the world, savoring good food and drink, attending concerts, theater and opera, as well as watching tennis, and soccer.
