Bill Victolee, originally raised and educated in New Jersey, has developed an excellent resume and reputation in New York City starting from business to business sales to brokering deals with c-level executives for the last seven years. Since he entered real estate in the Fall of 2013 Bill has done over $3 million in rentals within several boroughs. His goal is to continue double that in the upcoming years.
In 2008 Bill Victolee started his own outsourced direct sales and marketing firm servicing some of the largest consumer product corporations; then diversifying into fundraising for the most recognizable charities. This company quickly grew to other locations such as Miami, Columbus and Toronto. This business venture gave Bill the opportunity to travel the country as well as the world to speak at meetings and conferences. Bill still consults for the business, but has decided to place the majority of his energy in real estate.
