Vishal's team is divided into both a sales and rental division which is primarily focused but not limited to Long Island Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.Vishal has worked for a real estate investment corporation where he focused on acquiring properties, both residential and commercial, in the Tri-State area. He would negotiate both contracts for renovations as well new building projects. He has planned and overseen multiple ventures. He uses his intimate knowledge in construction, attention to detail, and current market trends to further service his clients.Vishal attended his undergraduate at State University of Stony Brook in Long Island. He attended graduate school overseas in India, where he attended medical school and became a physician. His medical training gave him skills in servicing others, becoming an attentive, thorough researcher, analyzer, and problem solver with a hard work ethic. The combination of his real estate knowledge and medical background give him an excellent edge to help both his U.S. and international clients.Vishal is a good listener and can tailor his approach according to his clients needs. He is experienced in helping his clients assess their financials and streamline the buying process. He maintains the utmost level of integrity at all times.
