Dustin’s passion for real estate stems from watching Property Virgins and the show’s charismatic host, Sandra Rinomato. Already intrigued since childhood by his grandparent’s rental properties, Dustin took his appreciation for the show and used it as inspiration to pursue his real estate license. Not one to do things the easy way, Dustin set his sights on both the Florida Panhandle and Alabama’s Gulf Coast and Northern territories.

Before taking on the real estate industry, Dustin immersed himself in the histories of antiquated towns and cities in the south. His work in historical research has provided him with a keen understanding of how unique a town can be. This trait is invaluable to prospective homeowners looking to know the quirky secrets of their future hometown.
