Very efficient tiny home with 6x12 party porch and a 12x35 covered carport. On the sunny side is a nice concrete patio area. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the lower floor plus an 11x22 loft divided into to rooms. This new home comes with stainless appliances, Refrigerator with freezer and a stove top with an oven and a microwave oven built in. AC via mini splits that allow you to cool only the rooms you need to cool. There is a nice ceiling fan in the living room. There is room in back for small yard Thenhome is shaded by a large tree in front and many smaller ones in back. The Palms Verde shores Community has 2 lagoons where the ducks and newly arrived Canadian geese are enjoying our great weather. Additionally the community enjoys 2 boat ramps and a large dock for overnight parking of your boat. Immediately before arriving at The Palms at Verde Shores you will pass through The Rivers Edge Golf Course with its own restaurant. There are 10 golf courses within 20 miles of the Palms at Verde Shores. At the adjacent Jack Smith park there are shaded picnic tables with views of the river and passing boats. All this just minutes away from the famous Route 66 and all the local history in the Museum. within a few miles there are many nice restaurants. Notably, the Wagon Wheel has it's own museum and fun things to see and do. Across Highway 66 is the Giggling Cactus with a more modern air. The Palms at Verde Shores is only a few boat miles from Topock Gorge, the Laughlin Casinos, and Davis Dam. Just a cross the Colorado River is Willow Valley, Mohave Valley, Fort Mohave, and Bullhead City. Gas on the Arizona side of the Colorado River is almost half price. The Palms at Verde Shores is only about 13 miles from a Walmart, a Smiths and a Safeway as well as many other stores. The closest Casino is Spirit Mountain and then the Avi which is accessible by both boat and car. If you enjoy dirt toys there are many miles of off road trails near by as well as the Peace Trail a 675 mile dirt loop to Yuma and back with many interesting things to see and do in route. Many medical offices and Hospitals within 25 miles if you ever need them. Aprox. 125 miles to Las Vegas International Airport and only 33 miles to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu by either boat or car. The Palms at Verde Shores, Needles Ca.
