A winter wheat (or replacement crop due to crop casualty) harvest needs to take place next spring/summer, and will be retained by the current owner, but is open after that time. Current owner is receiving a portion of the harvest and current farmer(different than the owner) may be interested in continuing this agreement. This is 400+- acres of connected parcels that are comprised of rich, loam soil. It is dryland farm ground that has historically been planted in millet and winter wheat, crops but other conducive to the northeastern Colorado climate can be rotated in. There is great access off of Sedgewick County Roads 8 and 49.
