The third suite is currently being used as the owner's living quarters until the main floor living quarters are completed. At completion, the facility will have main floor living quarters and three B&B suites, with a generous 7 bathrooms. There is a back porch with a laundry area above. There is an unfinished half basement which houses 2 year old forced air heat and AC unit. There are 2 hot water heaters to ensure constant sufficient hot water.
