This beautiful home is located in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. It is located approximately 1 hour south of Nashville and 30 minutes south of Spring Hill, one of the top five growing cities in the US. Mt Pleasant's population is around 4,600, a small town, but just 15 minutes up the road is a town called Columbia that has everything you need. This house was one of the Sears & Roebuck home designs and was built in the 1930's. It was one of the many homes built during the phosphate boom in the early 1900's.
