Built in the early 1970s, the house is a ranch style stucco-over-brick structure with four bedrooms and two baths in the original floor plan and a three-room professional music studio that was added in 2004. The house is located just five minutes from the beach (on foot), downtown shops/restaurants (driving), and the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park at Davis Bayou (biking). It is in the City of Ocean Springs, MS, which was featured in Coastal Living as one of the top 10 happiest seaside towns in 2015. Ocean Springs is a cottage community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with an oak tree shaded downtown which comes alive with music after dark.
