The Lodge is an updated cottage on the grounds of a refurbished estate. The large LR/DR area has a vaulted beamed ceiling, and opens to a slick Caesar Stone kitchen w/stainless steel counters. The Cottage boasts 3 good sized bedrooms (The Hunt Room, The Woodland, and The Garden Room), all beautifully decorated. All have queen size beds. There are two full bathrooms with municipal water pressure. There is a bluestone patio w/gas grill. You can enjoy creature comforts such as pick up and drop off to the nearby Amenia Train station, weekly linen service, a full time caretaker on the grounds, and smart TV w/cable/internet. Bring your bikes! The 15 mile Harlem Valley Rail Trail runs by the property. The Wine Trail boasts 5 wineries to tempt your palate. An in-ground salt water pool (50' X 24'), to sooth your tired bones, is steps away. The pool area features a screened in Cabana w/wet bar and fridge. Numerous festivals, shops, and restaurants in the lovely Amenia to keep you busy all day.
