Magnificently renovated and combined with an incredible attention to every detail by Tim Button of Stedila Design . All cabinetry in apartment was custom made in Cerused oak, walnut and anigre woods. The "ghostglass" is sandblasted mirror .There are marble mosaic tiles in the back splash in the kitchen..The tiles are all from Ann Sacks and the plumbing fixtures from Kallista. The windows have been all replaced as have the HVAC units. The entry hall is inlaid limestone. There is a Crestron control system throughout the apartment.The sink in the beautiful powder room is bronze with inlaid marble mosaic backsplash. The apartment has been priced with consideration to the maintenance. We think that it is an amazing value in a top building with hotel equivalent services. There is a beautiful open three exposure view. This apartment truly needs to be seen!
