The cropland soils are a mix of Hobbs, Crete, Benfield, and Tully soils, some of it very productive. From the K-148/Hwy 119 intersection south of Greenleaf, Kansas, this farm is located 7 miles south and 3 miles east, or 1 1/2 mile west of St. Peter's. This is the northwest corner of the farm, at the intersection of 3rd Road and Xavier Road.
