The building has no elevator, however there is a security system, and residents enter the building using their own keys. Visitors are admitted through an intercom/code system. The separate / open kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment necessary for the preparation of food: a four-burner gas stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans. The cupboards provide storage space for the kitchenware. There is a full size bed in each bedroom.
