Sitting on the eastern edge of the beautiful Chautauqua Hills, this property is a fine representation of what makes this region so attractive. From the majestic Oaks to the rugged rock outcroppings surrounding the highly productive natural spring, this is awesome parcel! The property contains a good stand of native grasses surrounded by very good barbed wire fences and is currently leased to a local rancher for grazing. The timbered portions of this property is top-shelf deer and turkey habitat as I spooked many of both during my first trip to the property.
