The Bubble Barn was built in 2001 and sits on a 50' X 140' corner lot on Main Street in Fessenden. This 32' X 66' steel building rests on an 8" concrete slab. The front portion of the building is a 20' X 32' office space. There is an entrance for the office directly in front on Main Street as well as a side door on the south. The openings are 12' X 12' overhead doors with heavy duty openers. There are controls both in the building as well as outside to open and close the doors. The wash bays are controlled with a humidity controlled system. There is floor heat throughout the entire building including the 3 foot apron near the outside entrance doors of the car wash which is electric off peak with propane as a backup source. The entire building is set up with a high quality video security system not only in the office space but in the car wash bays also. It is a 32 day picture system with one tape per month.
