Additionally, the ranch is perimeter fenced and has a large, newly built storage shed that compliments the property nicely! The land is comprised of rolling drylands that have previously consisted of grass, alfalfa, and other crops that are highly sought of by livestock and wildlife. Throughout the ranch, multiple drainages dispersed within the perimeters of the property feed into recently improved ponds that are currently holding water.
