A native of Stafford County, Ks, Ryan grew up with a passion for the outdoors, whether it be helping on the farm or hunting and fishing.  Shortly after graduating from college, Ryan decided to combine his degree in Agronomy with his love of the outdoors by starting a career in real estate and specializing in land sales. For more than a decade Ryan has been helping clients with their buying/selling needs throughout the Midwest. With his drive to grow and expand, his business now thrives in both Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma

To compliment his real estate business, Ryan also owns Koelsch Seed LLC., offering farm and wildlife seed for sale to the local community and is co-owner of Red Cedar Land Management LLC., which provides services for landowners wanting to maintain their property for the ultimate hunting experience. 

Alongside his real estate team, wife Annie, daughter Ellie, and friends, Ryan has many opportunities to enjoy his career, family and recreation.
