Colt joined National Land Realty in March 2024, bringing a lifetime of rural Missouri agricultural expertise. Raised on an Ozarks farm along the Finley River, Colts family instilled in him a passion for land stewardship and cattle production.

After studying agricultural education at North Arkansas College, Colt worked with his familys business, Unique Farm Services, specializing in farm drainage and irrigation solutions across multiple states. In 2018, Colt founded Modern Earth, focusing on landscaping, excavating, and land improvement, before selling the business in 2023 to pursue a career as a land agent. He remains active in conservation through memberships in Land Improvement Contractors of America, the Missouri Native Plants Society, and Turkeys for Tomorrow.

Beyond work, Colt dedicates time to wildlife habitat improvement, managing his family farm, and hunting and fishing with his family. With his diverse background, Colt is well-equipped to assist clients in all aspects of agricultural land management and investment.
