A graduate of Mississippi State University, College of Forest Resources, Ramsey is a forester and certified wildlife biologist by training. He practiced habitat management while working for the US Fish and Wildlife Service and Natural Resources Conservation Service, and as a consultant, before his true life passion kicked into overdrive, leading him to explore waterfowl hunting experiences on 6 continents.
