From the Marshall Islands to the Rocket City: Your Partner in Home Ownership

My story began with a leap of faith. In 1982, while I was still in the hospital, my father received news that would change everything—he had been hired at Redstone Arsenal and needed to report in just two weeks. My family packed up the station wagon and moved to Huntsville, where I grew up on Greenleaf Drive. It was the perfect place to be a kid—and the beginning of a lifelong connection to this community.

Some years later, life took us halfway around the world to Kwajalein, Marshall Islands. My childhood there was filled with bikes, beaches, boats, and lifelong friendships. That spirit of adventure continued through studying in England and later living in Hawaii, where I explored my love for the ocean.

But in 2003, Alabama called me home.

After graduating from Alabama A&M University (Go Bulldogs!), I realized that no matter where life had taken me, Huntsville was where I wanted to plant my roots. Today, I’m proud to call this community home—where you may have seen me hiking local trails, biking the greenways, boating on the Tennessee River, or spending time at the YMCA, which has been such an important part of my family’s life.

My path into real estate wasn’t a straight line—and that’s exactly what allows me to serve my clients so well. Before real estate, I worked in the high-end world of Mercedes-Benz, where I learned the importance of professionalism and delivering a five-star experience. I also held a variety of roles over the years that taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to connect with people from all walks of life.

The biggest turning point came from my husband, Joey—an entrepreneur who builds businesses and believes in going after what you want in life. With his encouragement, I finally pursued something I had always dreamed about: a career in real estate.

My biggest motivation is my teenage son, Guy. Teaching him the value of integrity, hard work, and overcoming challenges is the heartbeat behind everything I do—and those same values guide how I serve my clients every day.
