Clint is the managing broker for National Land Realty throughout the Gulf Coast region, licensed across multiple states. He’s been National Land Realty’s Top Producer Nationwide every year since he joined our team in 2015, is a five time recipient of the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) Apex Award, named three times as National Timberland Broker of the Year by RLI, was named the Alabama Land Agent of the Year by his industry peers, one of the few agents in the country to be awarded the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and he manages one of the top producing real estate teams in the country. Clint has been in the land business since 2004, specializing in the sale, acquisition, and assemblage of commercial, agricultural, recreational, timberland, and conservation properties, as well as the tax advantages of owning, buying, or selling land. His clients include some of the largest landowners in the United States, professional athletes, coaches, large business owners, estates & trusts, public company executives, and similar high income individuals. Clint is a current board member of the Alabama Forest Land Trust, an accredited land trust that oversees 100,000+ acres in conservation easements and a previous board member of both the Alabama Chapter of RLI and the Governmental Affairs committee of RLI National. Raised in rural Alabama and the son of a consultant forester, Clint grew to be an avid hunter and outdoorsman from a young age, and his love of all things land resonates to this day. He’s sold hundreds of thousands of acres since he joined our team, with more on the horizon. Clint is a proud husband to his wife Gina, a middle school teacher, a proud father to their two children, and he’s active in multiple charities including his local Rotary Club, the Order of Fuse (a children’s educational charity), the Alabama Wildlife Federation, and others.
