Stephen Hanes IV joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in June 2023. Before coming to National Land Realty, Stephen worked for Phoenix Lumber LLC from 2008 to 2015 before moving to Phoenix Forest Products LLC where he still works today. As a result of his time in forestry, Stephen has extensive connections to local foresters, loggers, and landowners. Stephen is a former member of the U.S. Marine Corps where he played tennis and raced road bikes. He is also a graduate of the University of South Alabama. In his free time, Stephen enjoys keeping up with his physical fitness through cycling, hunting, running, playing tennis, and yoga. He and his family are based out of the Mobile, AL area.
