Mike Ratcliff joined the National Land Realty team in May 2021. Mike has previously worked at La-Z-Boy manufacturing in plant production management for 8 years. Mike has also been self-employed in business management, redevelopment, and real estate sales for 24 years.

Mike received his bachelors of science degree in business management from Louisiana Tech University and has a license in the state of Arkansas. Mike is involved in a variety of organizations including, the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, Hot Springs National Park Rotary, Ouachita Children’s Center, United Way, and 50 for the Future. Mike currently resides in the Hot Springs, Ark., area with his wife and corgi. When he is not working, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain bike riding, scuba diving, and anything outdoors.
