About Korley Sears
Korley Sears joined America's Land Partners in 2025, bringing more than three decades of hands-on experience in the land industry. His expertise ranges from production agriculture, including farm, ranch, and recreational properties, to outdoor industry experience in guiding/outfitting and as a professional outdoor travel consultant, as well as brokering a wide variety of real estate transactions and investment properties. Raised in Nebraska as a fourth-generation cattle producer, Korley spent 18 years managing a large-scale beef cattle and row crop farming operation. Afterward, he transitioned into the outdoor industry as a worldwide travel consultant and later spent more than 12 years as a licensed real estate broker. Guided by the principle of "service before self," Korley is known for his ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand their concerns, considerations, and goals while delivering results with integrity and care. His background equips him to navigate a variety of complex land deals while staying grounded in the values that matter most to rural communities. Korley is actively involved in organizations that reflect his passion for the outdoors and conservation, including Safari Club International, The Arizona Deer Association, The Mule Deer Foundation, Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, Nebraska Bowhunters, and the NRA. Outside of work, Korley enjoys farm and ranch work, hunting, fishing, spending winters in Arizona, and spending quality time with friends and family.
