Seth Garrett joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in March 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before coming to National Land Realty, Seth worked at several notable Atlanta real estate firms, including Southeast Apartment Partners, Legacy Ventures, and Haddow and Company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and has been licensed since 2006. Seth’s broad experience allows him to bring a tailored approach to every opportunity, and develop the best possible strategy to meet the needs of his clients. As a native Georgian, he has a deep knowledge and understanding of the metro Atlanta and northern Georgia real estate markets. Seth is an active member of the REALTORS Land Institute, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Trout Unlimited, and the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. In his free time, Seth enjoys fly-fishing, camping, and traveling. Seth and his wife, Lisa, live in Milton, Georgia with their three sons and two dogs.
