In 2008, Bryce, who had spent the previous 21 years working as an Executive Chef and as a Restaurant & Catering Manager in the hospitality industry, decided to make a career change. He started his real estate career working with first time homebuyers & investors, while also selling foreclosed and resale homes. Bryce has a very strong knowledge of the current market trends as well as area pricing. Living and playing on and around Lake Lanier, he is also very knowledgable of the happenings of the lake and the many beautiful homes it has for sale. As a resident of Forsyth County, Bryce is also very involved with his community and schools. As an avid golfer, Bryce enjoys a good round of golf at one of the many local golf courses near his home and can also be found sponsoring putting contests at local golf tournaments.
