Russell Decker lives in Cumberland County near Dale Hollow Lake. He is married to Bonnie Vincent Decker and has 2 children. Russell was honored to serve his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years. Russell retired as a  Kentucky State Police Detective after 20 years of service and is currently a School Resource Officer in the Cumberland County School District. You can find Russell in his garage when he is not showing property rebuilding antique cars.
