Sherri is the Owner & Principal Broker of McIver Realty Group.  Sherri obtained her KY real estate license in 2010 establishing the love for real estate while working full time jobs acquiring top real estate sales awards.  Sherri felt that real estate was her calling and wanted to pursue owing her own company and acuquired her Kentucky Brokers license. Sherris dream came true in 2017 as she opened McIver Realty Group. In 2020 Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.

Having  a happy buyer and seller is what make this  small town "gal" smile. She loves helping clients find their dream home or  dream property and has a repeat client base. Her golden rule is "Treat Everyone Like You Would Want To Be Treated and Live Everyday Like Its Your Last and Enjoy Life".

Sherri is a life long resident of Cumberland County & was married to the late Anthony Stalcup. They have one child Gaberial Allen Stalcup who resides in Somerset, Kentucky.  Sherri is currently happily  married  to Charles McIver from Albany KY they have one child Chas McIver. Sherri is blessed with a wonderful daughter -in- law, Katie Stalcup and  a Granddaughter, Claria Grace Stalcup.  Sherri enjoys spending time with her family,  golfing with her son Chas, deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding on a family farm located in the Mud Camp Community of Cumberland County, fishing with her Dad, and most of all spending time with her biggest blessing, Claria Grace.
