Dane Carver was born in Washington, Missouri, went to St. Francis Borgia High School, and attended  Missouri Southern State University on a full ride for baseball. After college, he was involved in the family business until its sale, at which point he decided to pursue his passion and a career in land sales. He obtained his real estate license in 2012 and became a broker in 2015. Dane has a passion for connecting buyers, sellers, and land, as it mirrors his own passion for love of the land. He grew up hunting, enjoying the outdoors, and exploring the land around him. Now, with a vested interest in land improvement, Dane brings his hunting experience along with his knowledge of tillable, combo farms, and investment farms to his clients. Dane is a member of the Realtors Land Institute and is dedicated to being with his clients every step of the way during and after the real estate process. He is married to his wife, Andrea, and together, they have a son, Bradley, and dog, Digger. When he’s not working, Dane enjoys spending time on the water, hunting, golfing, and coaching his son’s baseball team.
