As a native of Western North Carolina, Cody Nations has strong roots and a deep knowledge of his local market. Cody attended Western Carolina University and received his bachelors degree in entrepreneurship in 2015. Throughout his college years, Cody gained work experience in construction and land management. In 2014, he and his father established Nantahala Forest Products LLC, a hardwood log exporting company of which he continues to run operations. In late 2023, Cody pursued his evident interest in construction and obtained his contractors license, leading to the establishment of C&C Building Contractors, LLC. Cody is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending his free time bear hunting with his family across the state. Outside of hunting season, he can be found picking the guitar with friends on his porch overlooking the mountains. He and his wife, Ashley, reside in Sylva, NC, with their Labradoodle, Finley.
