Matthew Eakes joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in January 2022 and brings with him a wealth of experience in land management. Before coming to National Land Realty, Matthew worked for the land management provider, Green Asset, as well as for Dare to Hyde Adventures as a duck and bear hunting guide for five seasons. He has also done part-time land management and outdoor guiding for Whispering Woods Consulting LLC since 2018. Matthew received his 2-year business degree from Beaufort County Community College. Matthew joined National Land Realty because of its excellent people and services, and also to grow and share his knowledge of the outdoor industry with his clients.

In his free time, Matthew is an avid duck hunter and fisherman and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He and his wife, Ashton, are based out of Hampstead, North Carolina, where they live with their two dogs, Wigeon and Rocky.
