Chris Respess As a native of Eastern North Carolina, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge about farms and land tracts in the entire region. His agricultural background and passion for land has led him into a commercial and land real estate career path. Being an avid hunter his whole life, he understands what people are looking for in recreational hunting tracts. Chris understands the value and potential use of the various properties available for commercial development and has graduated from Coldwell Banker Commercial University. He continues to grow in his knowledge and brings additional depth and breadth to The Rich Company's Commercial & Land Entity. Chris is now starting a new journey in getting his Accredited Land Consultants though the Land Institute. One of Chris's many strengths is his ability to bring buyers and sellers together. Chris has invested in continued training and development and has a proven method that provides full service real estate solutions to his clients. Chris resides in Washington with his wife of eighteen years and two beautiful daughters. Chris and his family are members of First Church of Christ. A former three term board member of Washington Girls Softball League and eight years of coaching young ladies in this area, Chris is very active in the community. He and his wife were asked three years ago to become Committee Members of Young Life on the Pamlico and since that time they have become very active in that great program.
