Theresa Quigley

In addition to her role as Executive Managing Director and General Counsel, Theresa is our East Hampton office manager. She has been a practicing attorney since 1982 in NYC and the Hamptons. To help create and enable deals, she directly assists our agents and interfaces with government officials, surveyors, title companies, environmental engineers, house inspectors and lenders. Her unique skill sets combined with her experience as Deputy Supervisor for East Hampton Town from 2010 through 2013, and her affiliation since 2001 with the experienced tax, estate planning, corporate, and environmental attorneys at Farrell Fritz, makes Theresa a highly knowledgeable and effective leader. She is also a notable member of the Hamptons community, where she lives with her husband and raised her five children. She is involved with many charitable organizations and has long produced informative shows on the local television station, LTV Channel 22. Theresa is fluent in German.
