Renee F. Dorsa is a licensed Real Estate Broker with managerial skills who has been practicing Real Estate for over fifteen years. Born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Renee continues to do her business there today along with many other areas of Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, she sustained an extensive legal career in prestigious law firms such as Connors and Sullivan, Milbank Tweed, Hadley and McCoy and Lovells working as an Executive Legal Secretary. Renee, besides being licensed in New York, also holds a Real Estate broker’s license in Florida and designations such as GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Shore Sale Foreclosure resource), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) as well as being a licensed Notary Public in the state of New York. In May 2011, she was one of two recipients from Brooklyn to be honored again in 2012 as Top Business Woman and was honored again in 2012 as Top Business Woman in Brooklyn. In 2017, Renee was inducted into the Hall of Fame for Top Business Woman. Renee was president of the Brooklyn Real Estate Board for two years from 2011 through 2012; Renee was also President of the Bay Ridge Community Council for two years from 2012 – 2014 and was a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and Colonial Club. Renee is also a member in good standing of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors (BBOR) as well as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), as well as each of their multiple listing services.

After working with several major franchises such as RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, and Keller Williams, Renee sought out to open her own boutique Bay Ridge Real Estate Office in 2013. Having supervised over 20+ Agents, Renee takes pride in educating her peers with all the knowledge and experience she has obtained in her Real Estate career. Renee’s love of building relationships, connecting people and helping her community is a passion she lives and fulfills every day. Renee’s business is fueled by referrals from past clients and her sphere of influence. Meeting new people every day and being able to help people find their dream and reach their goals is a huge accomplishment Renee strives to meet.
