Jake is a native Brooklynite, real estate salesperson, actor, and comedian. Since graduating from Emerson College, in Boston, he has moved back home and lived in several neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including Cobble Hill, Bushwick, and Prospect Lefferts Garden. He currently lives in Crown Heights with his lovely girlfriend and poodle, Marty Mcfly II. Jake has a great understanding of the diversity of New York neighborhoods and has always had an affinity for creating functional interiors in limited NYC-sized spaces. Jake believes that the process of searching for a place can be an interesting, low-stress, even, enjoyable experience!
