First licensed in Ohio at 26, in 1968, and licensed in New York in 1985. Worked in Commercial and residential R.E. in Ulster County area until 1990; founded my a Commercial Business Brokerage business in 1997. Joined a Major Regional Real Estate Brokerage Commercial Division in 2007. Prior to 1985 worked in Fortune 500 companies for some 16 years with international sales and engineering positions, as well as Senior Level (V.P.) management in Marketing in the aerospace industry; opting out in 1979 to form my own operations and consulting business. Always with a tie to real estate, I have been focused on commercial real estate and development for the last 10 years. I am an active member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), member of CCIM.com, Loopneeet, Co-Star, CIREB (Capital District), a past member of the NY State Business Council; Small Business committee. In 1986 was elected as a delegate from New York State to the National White House Conference on Small Business, subsequently serving for 5 years on national small business advancement committees. Currently I actively cover 23 eastern New York counties as well as Western Berkshires and have National ties to affiliate brokerages across the United States., seeking opportunities for National franchises, and local businesses as well. Much of my work is in site location for shopping centers, water parks, hotels, gas station/convenience stores as well as 'stand alone" sites for fast food companies as well as for companies such as Auto Parts, and Dollar Stores. I am schooled in IRC1031 Property exchanges, as well as Investment property analysis for both the small and the larger investor. Highly confidential, completed transactions with fair and equitable treatment are my hallmark.
