My goals are to achieve all my buyer's dreams by providing them with all the necessary information and technology to make an educated decision and to achieve my seller's goals through proper marketing as-well-as stress-free negotiating utilizing my 17+ yrs of top producing experience and quick results.

I speak Italian and some Spanish. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College School of Engineering and an Associates of Science in Engineering Science from Westchester Community College. I started as a real estate Broker at age 27. I have grown my business to over 40 agents today and was honored to become an independantly owned CENTURY 21 Franchisee in February 2006 after 9 successful years as an independant broker.

I am the recipient of Westchester County Board of Realtors highest honor *WCBR-Diamond Award 8 times as well as numerous other award throughout the years.

My wife Toniann & I have 3 beautiful children Sara, Anthony & Frank. They are my inspiration and give me the strength to do what I do for others. My brother Michael and my sister Maria are both licenced realtors in my office. Michael has been active in the business beginning as an Iona College Junior in 1999.

We are a member Westchester County Board of Realtors (Board of Director member 2009-2010). We are also members of the Consolidated Board of Realtors and Greenwich Board of Realtors in Connecticut as well as the National Association of Realtors, New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce since1996(Board Member since 2007), Westchester/Putnam Century 21 Brokers Council (Anthony has been President since Jan. 1, 2009), Parishoner of Sts. John & Paul Church in Larchmont, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
