With over 20 years of real estate brokerage experience, Stacey Chametznik has enjoyed a successful career in residential sales and rentals. She heads the Stacey Chametznik Team (formerly - SJR Group), a group of real estate professionals who manage a number of properties for landlords and private owners.
Stacey has served as the exclusive leasing representative for various Manhattan landlords, worked securing housing for Fortune 500 executives with a national relocation firm and marketed and fully occupied a newly renovated, 87-unit full-service building within 12 weeks, providing a seamless transaction for the developer.
Stacey is known for being a knowledgeable, responsible and highly ethical broker. She is proud to be among the first Certified Real Estate Advisors to graduate from the new certificate program at Touro College. Her excellence in managing properties, and matching buyers and renters with the right homes, has facilitated a loyal and enduring customer base that continues to grow, as well as having brought about satisfying personal relationships.
In her spare time, Stacey keeps on working. In 1994, she co-founded a charity called A Wish & A Smile that creates and hosts benefit parties for sick and underprivileged children.
