Benjamin is the son of Ben A. Higgins (Broker). He is committed to leading the 3rd, up and coming generation of the family business. He graduated & received his bachelors degree in business from The Ohio State University in 2021. He then enrolled at Hondros College and obtained his Real Estate license in 2023. He secured his auctioneer’s license from Ohio Auction School in 2024. He also handles the online bidding & marketing for us and he may be tasked with clerking from time to time.
