Al Fair joined National Land Realty in November of 2020. Al has always enjoyed nature, land management, and helping people achieve their dreams. He has been in the outdoor industry for over 18 years, working as a manager at two high-end hunting and outdoor stores, an outside sales rep for numerous outdoor industry companies for nine years, and a finance manager at a large power sports store in central Oklahoma. Al is involved in the USA Archery Organization and is an American Heritage Girls Charter representative.
Al and is married to Pam Fair and has four children: Mackenzi, Wyatt, Baylee, and Cody. In his free time, Al enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his friends and family. He also enjoys land improvement and habitat management to grow big deer and increase the turkey population.
