Dave Winkleman joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in September 2023, bringing with him 10+ years of real estate experience! Before coming to National Land Realty, Dave worked for 1st Choice Realty for 8 years. After leaving 1st Choice Realty, he founded his own independent brokerage, Anchor Realty, LLC, which he has owned and operated for nearly 3 years. Along with his background in sales and marketing, Dave’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation from the National Association of REALTORS® sets him apart from the competition! Dave is both President as well as on the Board of Directors for the New Love Center in addition to being a member of the Crossroads Church Mission Team as well as a supervisor for the Pine Creek Township of Clinton County. When he’s not working or volunteering at his local church, Dave enjoys spending time with his children and riding his motorcycle. He and his wife, Jennie, have been married for 11 years and have a combined 7 children between the ages of 6 to 26.
