Scott Edwards joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in February 2023. First licensed in 1992, Scott brings a wealth of land industry knowledge to the National Land team with extensive experience in commercial/residential land development and general contracting, stormwater management, and water/sewer/energy utilities. His depth of experience and negotiation skills have served buyer and seller clients well across the country, having held licenses in Ohio and Tennessee, as well as South Carolina. Scotts’ experience in building & development provided a solid background for his service on local Water & Sewer Boards and Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, you will likely find Scott outside; either hiking, golfing, or scouting land. He and his wife Peggy live in the Aiken, South Carolina area.
