Joshua Howe joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in February 2023. Before coming to National Land Realty, Joshua served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2014. He also received his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN. Joshua previously managed the operations of a construction supply company that services most of Tennessee, which deepened his knowledge of many areas throughout the state of Tennessee. He grew up in Middle Tennessee and is very familiar with all the amazing small towns and landscapes that make up the area. Joshua is also an active member of the East Tennessee REALTORS® Association and Upper Cumberland Association of REALTORS®. In his free time, Joshua enjoys keeping active by hiking any trail he stumbles upon, making fitness a major priority, and always keeping up with baseball happenings at all levels of play. He and his wife, Martha, are based out of Smithville, TN, where they live with their two children, Charleston and Oliver.
