Will Tate joined National Land Realty in November of 2020. Will has an extensive background in forestry, working at Windrock Land Company for several years before joining the NLR team. He has an associate degree in applied science with a concentration in forestry and has spent countless hours in the field which allows him to help his clients accomplish their land goals. 

Will is involved in the Tennessee Master Logger organization and is an avid musician, fisherman, dirtbike rider, and outdoorsman. He currently resides in Oliver Springs, Tenn., which is located about 30 minutes from Knoxville, with his Tennessee Treeing Brindle Hound, Lucy, that goes everywhere with him.
