Blake Box joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in December 2023, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the land industry! Obtaining his real estate license while pursuing a degree in finance at the University of Texas at Austin, Blake went on to work in land acquisition and subdivision development after graduating. He would go on to start his own residential, commercial, and industrial developments in addition to working for his family’s commercial and land brokerage, Aztec Realty in McAllen, TX. Blake’s broad experience in both land brokerage and development as an owner and a broker allows him to see both sides of the transaction and communicate effectively to aid in the buying and selling process for my clients and partners. Blake is a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute and is in the process of becoming an Accredited Land Consultant. He is also a licensed Texas auctioneer. In his free time, Blake enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and traveling in addition to spending time with his friends and family. He and his wife, Lauren, are based out of McAllen, TX where they live with their son, Barrett.
