Tim Curl joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in January 2023, bringing with him a wealth of real estate experience. Before coming to National Land Realty, Tim received his real estate license in 1983 from Jones Real Estate College and has worked in property development as well as other parts of the commercial sector. He also received certificates from Michigan State University and the MIT School of Architecture, Real Estate Analysis, and Investment. Over the course of his career, Tim served as President and owner of Global Environment from 2002 to 2003, CEO of Nature Environmental US Operations from 2014 to 2016, CEO of RedFish Barge & Fleeting, and has been a managing member of Global Energy Recovery Systems LLC since 2008. He is an active member of the Propeller Club of Corpus Christi, the Greater Houston Port Bureau, and the BOD of Corpus Christi Seamen’s Center. Tim enjoys spending his free time fishing out on the lake or on the golf course. He and his wife, Molly, have been married for 16 years and have 8 children, 8 grandchildren, and 8 dogs!
