Searching the internet for a home, no matter how descriptive an ad can be, won't give you a true feel of a neighborhood," he says. "Experiencing new areas, cultures and cuisines is what New York is all about. I always encourage clients to consider looking in places they might not have considered before, as the face of this city is always changing. You never know; you could very well fall in love!"

He speaks fluent Spanish and English, is an avid foodie and loves to travel.
